We are growing the team and adding a new inside sales position at FracTEL. With minimal turnover, this job opportunity is rare.

The primary duties of the position entail new account acquisition, maintaining records, and managing existing accounts. We provide highly qualified inbound leads with a genuine interest; your job will be closing the deal. With a majority of the time spent on the phones, a friendly voice is needed to represent FracTEL while talking to potential customers.
FracTEL is located in Indialantic, FL, but this position is mainly home-based; other than training and the occasional meeting, a majority of time will be spent at a home office.
Position Responsibilities
- Drive incremental revenue in new accounts
- Drive attendance to presentations
- Follow-up on marketing-generated leads (including leads from the website, digital campaigns, events, press and other on-going marketing programs) to qualify and close
- Completes orders by recording names, addresses, contact information, services ordered and transactional information
- Deliver presentations and technical presentation in regards to the FracTEL value proposition and product platform
- Follow the established FracTEL sales process of timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of activity to sales management
- Ability and willingness to utilize telephone, email, social media and other digital platforms for prospect and customer communications
- The position requires limited / occasional travel to trade shows or other customer facing events, but most activities occur at home office or our Indialantic, FL headquarters.
Position Qualifications
- 2 or more years prior experience selling B2B, SaaS, Software or on-premises solutions is preferred. Exceptions are considered for candidates who have demonstrated excellence in other industries as well as the creative intelligence to pivot to a new industry
- Track record of achieving / exceeding sales quota and market share goals
- Able to identify, cultivate and close deals in new markets
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentations skills (verbal and written)
- English language fluency (spoken and written)
- Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills
Compensation

Working conditions
Responsibilities will be performed indoors, primarily sitting for long periods while talking with prospective customers, utilizing state of the art telephony, computer, and technological infrastructure. A considerable amount of keyboard and monitor interaction occurs daily with this position. Occasional lifting of equipment and boxes may be required for your office setup / environment.
