John Scott Join FracTEL as Chairman

Indialantic, FL—August 11, 2015

FracTEL, the pioneering provider of next-generation cloud-based telecommunications systems, today announced that Dr. John Scott, a 40-year veteran of the entrepreneurial, scientific, and investment communities, has been appointed to the position of Chairman of the Board.

Dr. Scott, who has been a member of the FracTEL Board for the past year, holds a dual PhD in physics and astrophysics and is a pioneer in systematically launching and developing companies that apply technology and innovation to address unmet market needs. He has founded more than a dozen businesses and served as Chairman of five public companies. Previously, he served as a scientist at numerous research institutions and as a consultant to six national governments. He holds numerous patents in the areas of information technology and optics.
