SMS Texting App Allows Proprietors to Share Notice of Rowdy Patrons

Clint Hill, a FracTEL development partner, is making news with his recently debuted innovative app for restaurant and bar owners. Clint’s Tele-App was developed to assist proprietors in the Downtown area of Melbourne, Florida, and uses SMS text messaging to share information about trouble patrons and and to avoid potential over-served clientele.
