Position Responsibilities
- Provide stellar professional customer support.
- Conduct and document customer site surveys to initiate onboarding process.
- Provide project management of network testing, equipment ordering, provisioning, number management, installation and training for each customer.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track progress and communicate status.
- Resolve system integration challenges with appropriate support.
- Deliver training and technical presentation to customers in person and online.
- Performing onsite installation and testing of equipment, system and service when appropriate.
- Manage the timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of activity to management.
- Ability and willingness to utilize telephone, email, social media, network analytic tools and other digital platforms to support customers.
Position Qualifications
- 2 or more years of prior experience installing phone systems and/or networks for businesses.
- Strong skills with PCs, web based and hardware network tools
- Outstanding communication and presentations skills (verbal and written)
- Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- English language fluency (spoken and written)

Working conditions
Responsibilities will be performed indoors and outdoors. Lifting and moving boxes of equipment, using small tools and placing/removing cables will be required along with driving to customer sites.
