Position Responsibilities
- Motivate and guide sales team to drive incremental revenue in new accounts
- Measure and monitor key performance indicators to support growing business and sales professionals
- Ensure an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities exists to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives
- Support network building and coach sales professionals in building executive level relationships as well as establishing meetings with a broad array of executives – proactively selling into multiple levels of an organization
- Monitors and validates completed orders
- Deliver presentations and technical presentation in regards to the Fractel value proposition and product platform
- Manage the timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of activity to management
- Ability and willingness to utilize telephone, email, social media and other digital platforms for prospect and customer communications
- The position requires limited / occasional travel to trade shows or other customer facing events, but most activities occur at our Indialantic corporate office
Position Qualifications
- 2 or more years of prior sales management experience
- 5 or more years of prior experience selling B2B, SaaS, Software or on-premises solutions is preferred. Exceptions are considered for candidates who have demonstrated excellence in other industries as well as the creative intelligence to pivot to a new industry
- Experience managing a department annual target of more than $1 million USD for new logo business
- Track record of achieving / exceeding sales quota and market share goals
- Able to identify, cultivate and close deals in new markets
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentations skills (verbal and written)
- English language fluency (spoken and written)
- Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills
Compensation

Working conditions
Responsibilities will be performed indoors, primarily sitting for long periods while talking with prospective customers, utilizing state of the art telephony, computer, and technological infrastructure. A considerable amount of keyboard and monitor interaction occurs daily with this position. Occasional lifting of equipment and boxes may be required for your office setup / environment.
